George Koletsos is the Chairman & CEO of ARATOR Holdings. He founded ARATOR Holdings in 2008 with a focus on private and public equity investments, across industries and markets.

George started his career as an officer and senior officer at the shipping divisions of Credit Lyonnais Bank and Piraeus Prime Bank. Before founding ARATOR Holdings served as the CEO of Sarantis Group. Since 2008, served as the President of the Organizing Committee for the Mediterranean Games and held the position of the Secretary General and Head of the Greek National Tourism Organization.

He was an Elite Athlete and member of both the Greek Alpine & Water Ski National Teams.

George holds a BSc in Economics from Athens University, a BSc in Physical Education from Athens University, an MSc in Shipping, Trade & Finance from Bayes Business School and has completetd the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.
