George Koletsos is the Chairman and CEO of ARATOR Holdings, which he founded in 2008 to lead private and public equity investments across diverse industries and markets.

He began his career in banking, serving in key roles within the shipping divisions of Credit Lyonnais Bank and Piraeus Prime Bank. He later served as Chief Executive Officer of Sarantis Group, a leading publicly listed consumer goods company in Southeast Europe.

In addition to his corporate leadership, he has held prominent national positions, including President of the Organizing Committee for the Mediterranean Games and Secretary General and Head of the Greek National Tourism Organization, where he played an active role in shaping Greece's global tourism strategy.

A former elite athlete and national record holder, he was a member of Greece’s national teams in both Alpine skiing and Water skiing.

He holds a BSc in Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, a BSc in Academy of Physical Education from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, an MSc in Shipping, Trade & Finance from Bayes Business School, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
